The Xbox 360 was the first revolutionary gaming console manufactured by Microsoft. It is part of the seventh generation of gaming systems. It is the first console to provide a near-simultaneous launch across the three major regions, and to provide wireless controller support at launch. It's also the first console to have an interactive LIVE network where players can play online and even purchase arcade games. Wireless controllers were also first introduced by the Xbox 360.

The third home video gaming system produced by Sony, the PS3 is the first console with the next-gen primary storage media, Blu-ray Disc, which also supports DVDs, CDs, and HDDs. Its also the only console with 4 USB ports, and the compatibility to play games from previous consoles (PS1 and PS2.) Like the Xbox 360 it uses wireless controllers, and an internet online interactive network.

Wii, the fifth video game console by Nintendo, is arguably the most advanced gaming system on the market. It targets a broader demographic than that of it's competitors, the PS3 and Xbox 360, yet competes with both as a seventh generation console. It is the only available gaming system which uses a Wii wireless Remote, which enables the players to use motions and movement in their games. The console includes a bar which senses these movements so that it appears as if the player is the character he is playing.

Home is an interactive PS3 community which enables the user to customize their appearances and provide a Second Life-like experience, where a person can invite their friends, hang out, listen to music or play a game together. People can communicate in 4 ways; using a virtual keyboard, a USB or Bluetooth keyboard, talking using a USB or Bluetooth headset, and use e-motions, which are movements such as waves or dances.

The iPhone is the most advanced cell phone in the world. It is the phone that beats all the other phones, featuring everything that you could ever think of. Internet, virtual text messaging, a full touch screen, camera, e-mail, web browsing, video calls, visual voicemail, and an 8GB memory capacity are only a few of its features and attributes.

The Sixaxis controller is used by the PS3 console. The technology is used by the Wii and Xbox 360 consoles. It is the first wireless device created for gaming systems. Unlike the Wii, it only allows the player to use partial movement in their games.

The revolution of television.
