1.World needs a global system that can identify harmful public health emergencies. This can be done by reducing the amount of trade and travel when sick.

2. This makes me think that if we are trading and importing goods like food from other countries. Serious illness or dieases can easily be spread across the world. Which in some cases could create a pandemic.
