Diigo, is a very comprehensive webmark-up app. Aloows you to highlight and clip text to a notepad, as well as annotate a webpage.

If you work in an "Office" You need to get this going on!!!
As a web annotation app it is a littel weak on its capabilities to mark up a page when compared to Fleck or Diigo, but its strength is definately the way in which it organizes web pages that you have annotated into "trails". It is very innovative and very user friendly.
