Isn't it confusing that the customer needs to know to use this tab and not the 'Training Solutions' link in the maiin body. Let's follow the Training 'tab' (click arrow at top of this popup)

Remember when someone suggested we shouldn't have a search box on our home page? Lat's dive into the "Training Courses and Schedule" to find a Service management Course, SME!

Presuming the user didn't immediately use the search they should at least be able to find this menu and select it...

Here it is, unfortunately the name doesn't reflect the qualification at all (but watch this space)... lets folow it,
