I am definitely an avid user-- my favorite are the buttermilk pancakes II (with chocolate chips) and the veggie phad thai. I'd say be sure to check the reviews before cooking anything, there have been some great tips and tweaks!
2
I've been looking for a decent phad thai sauce for so so long and this is it! Tweak peanut butter and sugar amounts to satisfy your particular hungers-- and usually I just make this straight without any veggies. NOTE: BE SURE TO USE REAL RICE NOODLES. Very key.
3
I love love love this recipe-- although I'm not usually a fan of pancakes, these are light and super! I make 'em with chocolate chips and lemon-juice/milk for buttermilk. Toast the leftovers for lunch or a nice snackie!
4
And lastly-- very rich and heavy, so be sure to add chocolate chips to make it even bettah!
6
Some great recipes-- I love the format too, with reviews posted right under the recipe.
7
Advantage here-- all the recipes are handpicked editors' favorites, so you don't have to fish through them. Don't come here with a specific dinner in mind though, this is a great place for brainstorming.
