Before you put these recipes to the test, read this and learn how to pick fish better. It's really important!

Spring is right around the corner, and my resolution to get a six-pack from my half-rack didn't make it past Superbowl Sunday. But these fish recipes are so good, you won't realize you're eating better. This one is for over-braised cod with fennel and peppers and is as easy as it is good.

This one is also healthy and easy and the spices make it taste awesome. Only 200 calories per serving. You could make this for your girlfriend or wife and a)she'll be really impressed, and b)you won't have to hear her bitch about being fat later that night. Win/win.

I'm a huge ginger fan, so I think I'd really like this one. It's not quite as healthy as the others, but compared to what I've been noshing on it's a step in the right direction.

Sounds like another winner. And the saffron would probably make it look awesome too.

Definitely not your average Chicken of the Sea (is that chicken or fish? Pop quiz Jessica Simpson). I'm going to add a little extra wasabi because I'm a sucker for spicy stuff.
