Mystic charm's Stuff

The name Holland is derived from holtland ("wooded land"). An etymology holds that it is derived from hol land ("hollow land"), inspired by the low-lying geography of both the Dutch Holland and the English region.The area is today divided between two provinces of the Netherlands.

Picasso's training under his father began before 1890. His progress could also be traced in the collection of early works now held by the Museu Picasso in Barcelona. In 1897 his realism became tinged with Symbolist influence, in a series of landscape paintings rendered in non naturalistic violet and green tones.
