Greensboro Sit-Ins: Launch of a Civil Rights Movement : Home

The Greensboro Sit-ins was the first of many sit-ins.  They spread all over the country and eventually over seas.  This website does and outstanding job of introducing the "Greensboro Four," as well as the significance this event had during and after the Civil Rights Movement.   There are newsclips and media that allows the viewer to understand what was going on during this particular event.
