While I was going through the internet in search of data on women, several women’s magazines came up on the web highway. The recipe in each was the same: beauty, fashion, cooking and relationship management seemed the vicious circle women were chained into. That began a search for a magazine which avoided all these four and had something special in it. The Lilith is interesting; they call themselves independent, Jewish and frankly feminine.

This magazine calls itself a journal of women’s spirituality. There are stories from all over the globe, not with religious overtones, which is often mistaken for spirituality, but tales of how women fight back with grit, patience or valor and win over adversity. Worth a read, definitely!
