Chritsmas is at the door, and the shops and advertisers are falling over themselves convincing you that THIS is the best gift. However you might have different ideas about the gift, so might the recepient. Giving an ipod to someone who sighs on seing old tapestry is bordering on a joke. I love this site for the ideas projected and the gift card is something i have earmarked for an arty friend this year.

This Inflatable Private Island is something I have been on the look out for. I needed that for my brother who spend just his sleeping time indoors , sometimes even that in the big outdoors.

I just loved this idea! I have two friends for whom anything would not be enough and so I am getting two of these for them and one for me for our weekly gossip sessions. Xmas is a lovely time to find these things. People do bring out the best of their ideas for Xmas.

Last year when my colleague wanted to take someone out to dinner and was racking his brains on the way to do it, the rest of us there solved his problem by giving him a reason to ask her out.
