Apple sues maker of TightPod sheaths for laptops and MP3 players. Apple claims ownership of the word Pod, despite its presence in the dictionary and continued usage in English speaking countries for hundreds of years. Apple of course stands on a high moral ground having used the name Apple Computer despite 2 settlements with The Beatles Apple Corp over the use of the 'Apple' name in conjunction with Business and most recently the music business.

This trail technology is somewhat similar to graffiti in that you can leave your impression on a website for others that follow your trail to view later. The difference is that its kind of like an ultra violet tag on Blade or something because only people that follow your trail can see it and not everyone that goes to the website!
