Before selecting your auction site, check does your auction site offer a wide range of projects and services? Are there enough sellers? How good is their advertising? Does the site have search engine ranking? Does it have contests for its members?

There are a number of auction sites other than eBay to do auctions. Yahoo auctions, Amazon, and iOffer are a few of them. eBay undoubtedly has the best market hold and advertises the best of all. However, their recent fee hike is a big turnoff.
