A 14 week experiment on the polyphasic sleep schedule-- 20-30 minute naps every four hours.
Everything's going great so far, but then it hasn't exactly been taxing yet. I only started this morning after a full night's sleep, so today is not really like any other except that I rewarded myself with a few little naps :-)
