i’ve created a new content type and added fields to it.now when i add content and promote them to front page page the content shows like

I’d also like to be able to restrict users from entering certain data formats in some fields. For example, for an Age field I’d like users only to be able to enter numbers.

The form API says that the required property is not allowed for file elements – there’s a patch out there that allows the property and places an asterisk next to the label as desired when it is set to ‘TRUE’, but it still doesn’t actually validate for the presence of an uploaded file.

I want to display profile information about the author of each content type in the right sidebar of my website. I tried to create a new view, and set the fields as Profile: Bio, Profile: Name, etc.

Went to the view, clicked Theme: Information. Clicked on ‘Row style output’ and copied what was there into a new file I created in my theme directory ‘views-view-fields.tpl.php’.
