Highlight key points in articles so your readers can go straight to the good parts, then put what you think of the quote right next to it. Add just about any multimedia you want through basic html codes, you tube videos, pics etc.

Then bring your readers right back to where they started so that you don't lose them once they follow links off of your site. The anchor will only appear if they've followed your trail, and the mark opens and closes easily so that none of your site content is covered
