Some useful information here, but only reading my aggregated news once a week would be withdrawal in the worst sense for me! I even get Google alerts at all times during the day on my favorite topics. I'll show you those next.

I used ACT! for more than eight years. Being the early adopter type, I kept up with the newest updates when they came out. Somewhere, I think on ACT 6, I had problems with the Palm sync crashing my Palm, so I dropped it and went on to something else. You'll find that ACT! has a great reputation and there are now real estate add-ons for it. If you want the trial or to order, please use this link so I'll get credit. This article has a bit of both sides of the argument. One set of statistics - From the National Assoc. Of Realtors® 2005 Profile of Buyers and Sellers, here's how buyers FIRST LEARNED about the home they purchased: 36% from a real estate agent 24% from the internet 15% from a yard sign 7% from a friend, neighbor or relative 7% from hombuilder or their agent 5% from a print newspaper ad 3% knew the seller 1% in a homes book or magazine All other accounted for less than 1% A possible conclusion is that, though many people go to open houses, they do it for reasons other than finding the home they want to purchase.
