Koh Samui was a slice of heaven in the 90's( before they built the airport). We stayed in a nice,clean $12.00 night bungalow with orchids growing in the trees. We fed a baby elephant walking down the beach, played with a monkey at lunch and had 8.00 thai massages on the beach.

We loved staying here. Its moderately priced, great location and very comfortable. Nicely decorated with thai antiques. It was like staying at a nice thai home.

Ko Similan : best diving in Thailand. Great place for live-aboard diving.
