Rolfing

About this trail:
A highly active/athletic friend of mine swears by this. I've got a persistent imbalance in my left leg, probably from past acl surgery, ankle sprains, etc. This makes sense to me...so  I'm going to try it out.

1. I swear by it too. Surgeons use the tools they know (knife, saw, screws, plates, needles, threads, staples) and Rolfers know the tools they use (hands, elbows, knees). If you are told you need surgery to fix pain, discomfort, or otherwise out of synch body frame, go see a Rolfer and let them work a few sessions (do the complete "10 series" for best results) and you will swear by Rolfing too.

I am not a rolfer. I have been through the 10 series and numerous follow up sessions and I am left feeling better each time. They fix the problem, not just put a band-aid on it! Only one downside, a regular massage will never be the same again once you get Rolfed.

2. Thanks UltraStar... good to hear more positive feedback on Rolfing as I'm a bit nervous to try it
