Suggestions for further inquiry: I might be interested in how to solve problems of diversity in schools.Starting with a book on Amazon: There's a chapter on identity development in this book on Amazon. But how do I know? Well, I learned a little trick about finding hidden informationon the Web. Have you ever searched inside a book on Amazon? It's a kind of peculiar way to read a book, downright post-modern. You can bounce from topic to topic, or shall I say "key phrase" to key phrase?
HOW TO READ A BOOK ON AMAZON:
- If the book on Amazon has the feature: Search Inside, you can actually read every page--not necessarily in order. :-)
- Mouse over the book and you will see a pop-up with a search box. Type racial identity development in the search box
- click: GO.
- Click on the link "page 53"
- Read the section titled: "Identifying High Priority Needs"
- To turn the page, click the white wedge to the right of the page.
