The question is difficult to research so I thought that some people might be blogging on personal richness and school. I went to Technorati and put in the search terms: richness, classroom and multicultural. That led me to this mother's blog. The mother and the commentors below show that cultural richness is not easily defined. Not easily isolated and classified.
I'm not sure how this sheds light on the question asked, but it does lead us into some interesting territory.

This author seems to indicate a kind of limbo, a liminality in being between cultures. It goes against the idea of a "richness within". Maybe we should be examining the whole idea of "richness within" . The term richness presumes a positive experience. Is multiclturalism in schools all its cracked up to be? Maybe it is not a richness at all. Has anyone thought of that?

This blogger examines food as a point of contact among diverse cultures. What can we say about school as a similar nexus?
