When you said that you want to attend the Jane Addams Vocational High School, you reminded me of myself, because I took the Specialized High Schools Admissions Test in October. I am also currently in 8th grade. I really want to go to Stuyvesant because of its advanced courses. I am getting the results in 3 weeks time. Anyway, good luck with your goals. I hope you get accepted at Jane Addams. By what you have written, I believe that you would be successful in whatever you try. By the way, I also took the ELA Exam on Tuesday and Wednesday. It seemed easy to me too.

Ariene, I agree that many times celebrities become the wrong examples for the public, (especially for children), but I believe that their failure in maintaining their stardom properly, is caused by all the pressure that comes along with being a celebrity. They never wanted to become a wreck, it was just that they couldn't control their lives. So, this would be a sign to the public, about the effects of drugs or poisnous substances and how pressure can actually change lives.

I think that this was a very interesting blog that you have posted. Its nice to see how other people have dreams of what they would like to be when they grow older, as I also have for myself. Thought my dreams are on a totally different pathway, I admire your aspirations and interests because I am actually afraid of hospitals and would not have the courage that you do to be a doctor.
