"Getting Things Done"
While on the spiritual side of things; I personally have serious disagreement with David Allen on what I consider to be yet another dangerous gnostic heresy... I still find the utilitarian aspects of the GTD method very useful.
"GTD rests on the principle that a person needs to move tasks out of the mind by recording them somewhere. That way, the mind is freed from the job of remembering everything that needs to be done, and can concentrate on actually performing those tasks."
"More than 95 percent of your organization's problems derive from your systems, processes, and methods, not from your individual workers..." Shocking! An excellent book, that If understood correctly, has the potential to help give you and your organization a true competitive advantage well into the 21st century.
