The United States is popularly known to have been born in 1776 after fighting a Revolutionary War with England. However, the governing body of the United States did not draft the Constitution until a later date. After reading the contents of this page can you tell what that later date was? Also can you tell what document George Mason wrote that would inspire Thomas Jefferson and ensure that a Bill of Rights would be written?

The most discussed and debated topics concerning the Bill of Rights these days concerns gun ownership (II) and religion (I). Does the second amendment say that people have the right to own a gun? Does the first amendment claim that there is a certain religion for the people of the United States to follow?

Impeachment is the main technique that our government has to censure or restrict a member of the government who has been found to be breaking the law in some way. Under the U.S. Constitution why can someone be impeached under our current system? Has anyone including a President been impeached in our government
