About an hour ago, I purchased my Baby croc hosting account. Paid and received a payment confirmation. They said my account will be setup within a few minutes and that I’ll be notified by e-mail including my login information.

I’ve had my account for a little over a month, and everything has gone pretty well. I’ve only had to contact support once, and that was just to get my cPanel theme switched to X3. It was handled within an hour or so.

yesterday i got an email telling me to verify my hosting account by emailing a scanned copy of my drivers licence and credit card. so i did. my account is now active and everything is fine. I wonder why hostgator is asking people for these information now,

I started using Hostgator around February 2006. I started with a reseller account. I have since opened a total of 3 reseller accounts, and have been very satisfied.

These guys are great, I had my reseller account setup and ready to go within ten minutes, of course dns propagation takes a little while but I used open dns to speed up the process and I was uploading my site in under 15 minutes.

So when I first thought about signing up with Hostgator, I went to Live Chat. I said I wanted to take cc’s on my site and asked about SSL certs. I was told they were included with the reseller account.

I have an HG shared Aluminum account as well as a dedicated server and try not to get HG support involved unless I cannot resolve the problem on my own.

We just signed up for a small shared account with you and couldn’t be happier. The support experience (both live chat (great, by the way!) and the email support) was wonderful for our initial setup.

Am a new reseller customer in here. I was fed up with the old hosts and after reviewing HG, i took reseller and started moving my 37 Domains. The registration of the account went very well. Live chat support was great.

I was having trouble installing a script on my shared account today and kept getting an error 403. I posted a ticket with the helpdesk and fully expected to wait at least a few hours

My web site got suspended for many times because of the Botnet attacks. Everytime my site got attacked you have suspended my account, again and again.
