I have been with HostGator.com for about 8 months now and in that 8 months Decmeber was the only bad month I have had for Down time. But even at that It was back up when It was down. Within a couple of hours.

First, instead of generating a invoice of $2.00 once a month could there be a dropdown menu option to be billed annually for a dedicated IP. I have just asked your support staff to do just that.
