I have to admit I’m the first one the complain but I always say “thank you” and tip very well for a job well done but I do have to (and am compelled) to post something about hostgator.

When I first joined HostGator (only 10 months ago) all my tickets would be replied to in 30 minutes or an hour at the most.

First response was “we can see them,must be alright,”when I point out that my ISP cannot access them either and state there is a problem with the server at Hostgator I do get a reply saying yes there is an issue.

When I first started out, the first company I turned to was fasthosts.. one I couldn’t stand so after two months I switched to hostgator at the recommendation of a friend of mine!

yesterday i got an email telling me to verify my hosting account by emailing a scanned copy of my drivers licence and credit card. so i did. my account is now active and everything is fine. I wonder why hostgator is asking people for these information now,

I have been with Hostgator for over a month now and its time i give credit where credit is due. First off, I came to Hostgator from a bad experience with AWH (for those that dont know, they can look it up with google or something).
