I bought ThePachinkoMachine.com hosting package from Hostgator a few days ago, and I gotta admit, you guys are ALMOST as great as you used to. The livechat is worse, but no big deal.

I just want to talk to someone who doesn’t say (oh you have to reply to the ticket to get that sorted)I have spent the time to call you guys, and you tell me that you can’t help unless I reply to the ticket and that admins “don’t take calls”.

These guys are great, I had my reseller account setup and ready to go within ten minutes, of course dns propagation takes a little while but I used open dns to speed up the process and I was uploading my site in under 15 minutes.

By far the best Host around I have no complaints about these guys service wise As far as customer they awsome,
