I’ve had my account for a little over a month, and everything has gone pretty well. I’ve only had to contact support once, and that was just to get my cPanel theme switched to X3. It was handled within an hour or so.

On the 15th of this month, my own site went through the digg effect - a huge surplus in traffic over a short period of time meant my own site ended up using far over 25% of a shared server’s resources, and went into suspension.

I have been with Hostgator for over a month now and its time i give credit where credit is due. First off, I came to Hostgator from a bad experience with AWH (for those that dont know, they can look it up with google or something).

I had to post here to say a big thank-you to Jesse and everyone at the HG team. They have been amazingly helpful and have gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping me transfer my domain over to HG.

I have been with HostGator.com for about 8 months now and in that 8 months Decmeber was the only bad month I have had for Down time. But even at that It was back up when It was down. Within a couple of hours.

Just bought a 6 month baby gator trial and so far have been having a great experience. They are more up to date with php etc than my current host and although it has only been a week, so far very impressed.

I have a reseller account. The most important thing about is all the scripts I use work with HG.Yes, I have experienced downtime… but so have I with another host.

I’ve been here a little over a month, purchased hosting on the 7th of February. I was originally hosted by a ‘FreeForum’ host and they provide a service where you can upgrade hosting and get your forum transfered to a paid host, which is what I did.
