Ok, so the meals are great, and there’s a plan to meet every budget, but does it work? It sure does! I lost 4 pounds in my first week alone, and have been dropping 2-3 more every week since, all while continuing to eat delicious well-balanced meals that not only taste great, but are good for me.

What I love most is the variety of foods available and the ease in ordering. Just a few clicks on the Chef’s Diet website every week, and my favorites are delivered right to my door. I’ve even added a few of the frozen entrees to my list for friends who drop by at mealtime.
