I hate to admit it but it&#39;s true. You need foreign investment, and you need to be in good terms with other countries to exchange goods and such all things that Chavez thinks are unimportant.<BR><BR>I feel sorry for the Venezuelan people, if they thought they had it bad before wait and see what will happen in the next few month when money will start deteriorating at an exponential level.
