I feel sorry for the talented honest people that went to work for Frank and failed to see what these people were really all about. Initially everyone was impressed with Frank and his top people...the offices were beautiful and the coffee service was top drawer. But after a few months you begin to see the truth in whats happening. My moment of truth came during a conference call held by Frank and after that many top people decided to leave. All of us were impressed with Franks vision and brains. After that call we realized that Frank has real serious issues and will always destroy what he builds up. He can't help himself.

This even though they knew that Mirabilis was not generating any funds for its corporate operations, including their salaries, except those monies being paid to them by Presidion. In 2006 the interesting part is neither Amodeo or Presidion never even saw the money, Mike Stanley collected it at AEM and sent it directly to Mirabilis or its investments. The only thing Presidion did in 2006 was sign the tax returns that Mr. Stanley prepared for them so that he wouldn't be liable for having not paid the $109,000,000.00 in taxes.

Question: Would Mike Stanley be the bad guy in this situation? I think we all need to question everything...Mike came into the game, regarding Mirabilis and AEM, when he " sold " part of his business, Workers Temp Staffing to Frank. Then we see Jodi Jaiman on WTS paperwork and on AEMs. When Mirabilis failed to send out W-2's in Jan 07 they blamed their " contractor" for this mistake and told clients that MirabilisHR was going to do it. The fines alone would have been in the high thousands for not mailing them . That " contractor" was WTS. I think the relationship with Mike, Frank and Jodi may be closer than we think.
If anyone really wants to get a good feel of what is happening, call a few businesses that were brought into Mirabilis via funding. Talk to the owners and you will get a farily accurate view of what has recently happened with Mirabilis and an understanding of what the top guys will be doing next.

These companies are all Presidion by any other name. Why are the individuals licensed by the State of Florida to control PEOs not the individuals responsible for the unpaid taxes. I thought the law prohibited them from giving control to anyone not licensed. Should these people not be held accountable whether they collected the tax and did not pay or just failed to supervise as required by law?

Mirabilis HR is not a company just a name for a company-AEM,Inc. The controlling persons are listed with theDBPR and can be easily located;they include Laurie Andrea,Yaniv Amar,Mike Stanley,Frank Hailstones and Larry Haber of Mirbilis+Fred Sandlin,Robert Gaines,Craig Vanderburg and James Baiers of Presidion. To many for the government to get and this does not include the many others springing from these fiascoes like Mark Davidoff,Chris O'connor,Tom Bean,Shane Cooper,on and on and on.... these are the people which enable Amodeo,Dannon,Huff etc. Each of these individuals are empowered by the State to control PEOS, legally they own the PEO all any of them needed to do was say,no when told do something wrong yet they went right ahead. Then they try and defend themselves by saying somebody wiyhout any legal authority told them to do it. Unbelievable these people are able to retain thier licenses and escape prosecution.
