This site is great for finding applications, videos, music, and games.  User discretion is advised when downloading/using illegal material.  For instance, I believe many .mp3 files are only allowed to remain on the computer for 24 hours and then must be deleted.

In order to download you must use a torrent downloader application, which works similar to kaZaa or limewire, but with subtle differences.
