What about beeing a co-creator of StenoMotion, the 3d body sign-language, to be developed in the YouTube community and beyond.

In the StenoWiki there are already some basic StenoGlyphs, waiting for animators. By animating them you could help the learners of stenography to more easily memorize them.

But best of all, we are creating a new language, that is inspired by stenography but not restricted to it. This new body language is (not only) valuable for the deafculture. It builds a bridge between hearing and not hearing impaired people.
