This is a great newsletter that all foodies will love-with unusual things like a clever culinary alphabet to little anecdotes on food, this is a real treasure. This page has a well written witty first person account of a man and his knives! I especially like the bit where the writer insists that you must know your music when working with knives!

Here’s a really amazing page on knives, it tells you how many kinds there are. A good read of this page did away with my constant confusion over what to do with which knife and my arguments with people on how many knives one person needs! They’ve smartly linked up with sites that sell knives, good for you and good for them!
