ABOUT ME

hi my name is saliou and i'm a chef my new website is set out to socialize with people and willing to introduce my family too.this website will be updated every week about africa.europe,it will be an extented website full of vibrant features

PROFILE

was born in1972 in Senegal west Africa, in a village called koulouck.I went to school in the early 80sand at the end my primary school study ,I went to college for further studying, after finishing school in 1993,i went to Dakar capital of Senegal ;for a new career which is chef. I started my first training as a chef with French people who used to run an Auberge restaurant located at the heart of a small fishing and tourist village called N'GOR .I spent four years experiencing continental fresh food and then after that, I went to our neighbouring country the Gambia to experience. After couple of weeks, I started working in a restaurant with hollandaise and italians, so few months later had to find a new place to work because the closure of that business. I end up working in the popular hotel in the Gambia named Palma rima hotel spent four good years in the hotel ;working in different section of the main kitchen .So in June 2002 I came to the united kingdom have a new family. I�m married, have one baby boy and a step- daughter.

LOUIS IS 18 MONTH OLD BAY BOY .HE WAS DELIVERED AT THE ROYAL HOSPITAL OF WORCESTER CITY ON 18TH SEPTEMBER 2006.HE IS SEROUNDED BY HIS RELATIVES SPECIALY HIS MUM,DAD ,SISTER ,NUN,AND AUNTY LOUISE. HIS AUNTY KAREN AND FAMILY ARE FUNS OF LOUIS,HE IS LOVED AND CARED FOR.HIS TWO PARENTS ARE COMMING FROM A DIFFERENT BACKGROUND.HIS DAD IS FROM WEST AFRICA SENEGAL AND HIS MUM IS ENGLISH.HE VIBRANT AND ALSO LOVES HIS BOTTLE FEED,LOUIS,HE ALSO LOVES LISTENING MUSIC,WATCHING CHILDREN TELEVISION CHANNEL.WE BOTH LOVE HIM SOO MUCH !!!! AND NEVER THOUGHT THAT WE GONNA HAVE HIM,AFTER THE PASS EXPERIENCE WE ARE SOOO LUCKY TO HAVE HIM ,WE ARE THANING GOD. NOVEMBER 2007 LOUIS TRAVEL TO WEST AFRICA ,GAMBIA FOR THE FIRST TIME.IT WAS A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE TO THE PREVIOUS HOLIDAY WE US ETO HAVE ,AS WE ALL KNOW TRAVELLING CAN BE VERY STRESSFULL LET ALONE TRAVELLING WITH YOUR BABY,BUT MY TRUTH IS I ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT OF THAT HOLIDAY IN THE GAMBIA WITH MY SOON AND FAMILY. WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME,WITH FRIENDS (SERIGN DRAMMEH THE BEST TAXI DRIVER IN THE AREA AND HONEST ,ASSAN SECKA,OR CHEF SECKA ,MALANG THE MECHANIC) AND FAMILY GORGUI TINE MY BROTHER.
