A better understanding is that these professionals didn't just fade away after a few months...Laurie Holtz, Richard Berman, Edie Curry, Hans Beyer, Larry Haber, Dan Myers, Robert Pollack, and Jason Carlson were all with Frank when he first got hired by Presidion in November of 2004 to deal with the Sunshine problems. Their firms got paid millions of dollars to assist Amodeo with Presidion and create Mirabilis. All of these individuals, with the exception of Edie (Left in November 2006, but retained her shares), remained officers and shareholders of the company until February of 2007. During that period of time in addition to the millions of dollars paid to their firms, everyone of them was drawing a 6 figure salary. This even though they knew that Mirabilis was not generating any funds for its corporate operations, including their salaries, except those monies being paid to them by Presidion. In 2006 the interesting part is neither Amodeo or Presidion never even saw the money, Mike Stanley collected it at AEM and sent it directly to Mirabilis or its investments. The only thing Presidion did in 2006 was sign the tax returns that Mr. Stanley prepared for them so that he wouldn't be liable for having not paid the $109,000,000.00 in taxes.
