rose ice cream:
2T rose water (use this recipe)
blend 1 1/2c. rose petals (pick consistent color--red is great) with sugar and rose water
I used the chocolate ice cream recipe cause that has been great, and just took out the chocolate and added the rose-paste to the sugar

used the chocolate recipe again for the basics, then this (halved) dough recipe-- added to the churning. make sure to stir it a lot, had some problems with the dough clumping

very good-- cut down yolks to 4, 3 nectarines, and probably could have added more lime juice. also, cream/milk mix instead.
