Hope someone can help. When I setup my mail I am able to receive it fine. However, I am unable to send any mail out. I have “mail.triplesinc.net” in both the pop3 and smtp text fields.

Hello any help would be appreciated… i hadnt worked on my website for a few days and then i went to look at the front end of it and the homepage looks fine but if i click on any of the menu items or anything it loses all of its formatting.
