I’ve tried to backup my home directory but when I try to unzip the file created by BH (using 7 Zip) I get ‘Data error in tar.gz. File is broken’

I was attempting to configure zen cart when my site became completely inactive. I want to go back to a previous gzip backup I created using a zencart plugin but I can’t figure that out.

Sunday night and I noticed that all my databases on box 287 have disappeared. They were all there on Friday when I last created a new database And BH is closed for the holiday.
