Opt-outs are processed within 30 days. Due to printing and mailing lead times, you may receive one additional postcard after submitting this request. Once processed, your address is permanently excluded from all Trailfire-generated postcard campaigns.

What This Opt-Out Covers

This opt-out applies to all postcards generated through the Trailfire platform, including:

Post-job neighborhood radius mailings — see our Neighborhood Mail Disclosure
Smart Card mailings triggered by website visits — see our Visitor Tag Disclosure
Referral and win-back postcards generated by any business using Trailfire

The opt-out is platform-wide: once your address is suppressed, no business using Trailfire can mail to that address through our system. It does not affect postcards mailed through other vendors or directly by a business.
