    A job gets marked complete

    Every review starts from a real, finished job — manual entry, mobile tap, CSV upload, or webhook from your existing tools.

    Trailfire sends the review request

    An automated SMS or email goes out on the timing rules we set together — usually within a few hours of completion, when the experience is freshest in the customer's mind.

    The customer rates the experience

    One tap on a star scale. Short, mobile-first, and branded with your business name and logo.

    High scores route public, low scores stay private

    Happy customers are guided to Google, Facebook, or your profile of choice. Unhappy customers go to a private feedback form that lands in your inbox — so you can fix it before it ever shows up online.

    AI drafts a response for you to approve

    For every public review, Trailfire suggests a personalized reply matching your tone. Edit it, approve it, or write your own — replies post under your account, not ours.
